GOTS International School’s Academic Curriculum

We combine the Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) curriculum with a tailor-made academic syllabus focusing on each child’s individuality to nurture their personality development, communication, language, and interpersonal skills.

We encourage students to learn through experimentation and self-discovery. The school attaches great importance to scholars’ writing ability, and is committed to cultivating future outstanding writers.

Our vision is to Inspire Young People who will thrive and excel with Grit, Compassion, Humility, and Integrity.

20 Years in Education

Many of our coaches have been in the field of education for nearly two decades, and are well-qualified.

3 Languages

English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu are compulsory passing subjects.

Our A+ Coaches

Children are the seeds we sow. Our responsibility is to nurture them, enabling them to blossom into promising young adults, and unleashing their full potential, academically and emotionally.

A+ coaches with ABNLP NLP for Academics certification, Cambridge International Diploma for Teacher Learners, and English language certification.

Most importantly they have a genuine love for kids.

GOTS LEARNING

Primary

The Primary Programme for 6-11 year-olds sets clear learning objectives in English, Mathematics, and Science, for each year of primary education. What makes GOTS different is the learning environment. We focus on fun, activity-based learning.

Secondary

Our Secondary Programme employs heuristic-based education. We focus on activity, and creative-based teaching. The coaches’ delivery of lessons captures the imagination of scholars. The coaches’ ability to think outside of the box – such as strumming a guitar and telling a story during a history lesson – transports the students to a different dimension. It enhances the scholars’ ability to understand from a completely different perspective and vantage point.

FinancialSmart

As part of our vision to inspire young adults to excel, we have incorporated a financial literacy programme from Year 1 to Year 11. This programme helps our young scholars build a better understanding of money and financial management, via our interactive stories and activities.

In their teens, they will familiarise themselves with the risks and rewards related to Investing and Entrepreneurship.

OUR ACCREDITATION AND AWARDS

Our mission is to ensure your child is nurtured for the real world. He or she will be exposed to an environment that creates the love for learning while having the inner substance to face challenges with kindness and integrity.
